Transport to the Convention Centre

The Darwin Convention Centre is in an easily accessible location from a number of hotels and the Darwin CBD. If delegates wish to travel by car to the Convention Centre, parking is available onsite for $5 a day.

For delegates staying at the Adina or Vibe hotel, a free shuttle bus providing transport within the waterfront area and to the Darwin Convention Centre is available. For more information visit the Waterfront’s website here.

  • Full Registration (ASEAN Flag Members Only) – $850
  • Young Professional Delegate Full Registration – $850
  • GUEST PASS Ice Breaker Reception – $45
  • GUEST PASS SEASC 2019 Congress Dinner – $130
When does early bird registration close?

Early Bird Registration closes on the 20 May 2019.

What are the dates for abstract submission?

Call for Abstracts opens on the 8 October 2018. Call for Abstracts closes on the 15 February 2019.

How an I reserve a hotel room, and what are the rates?

Am I eligible for the member rate?

The ASEAN FLAG members rate is available for ASEAN FLAG participating nations only. Proof of this condition will be requested at the registration desk upon arrival.
